This page explains how Host Calendar users can request deletion of their account and related organization data.
For privacy or deletion requests, contact ortysla@gmail.com.
How to Delete Your Account and Organization Data
If you are the organization owner, you can request deletion directly in the app:
- Open the Host Calendar app.
- Open Settings.
- Open Organization profile.
- Tap Delete organization.
- Confirm the deletion request shown in the app.
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to ortysla@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Host Calendar profile, or include enough information for us to identify your organization.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When an organization deletion request is processed, Host Calendar deletes data associated with that organization, including:
- organization profile, settings, membership, roles, and invite data;
- property records, names, colors, and access assignments;
- iCalendar connections and imported reservation/calendar data;
- manual reservations, notes, and related calendar records;
- cleaning checklist templates and cleaning status records;
- finance records, prices, expenses, and currency settings;
- subscription access metadata stored in the app database.
Data That May Be Retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, or platform billing reasons. For example, Apple App Store and Google Play purchase records are managed by Apple and Google according to their own policies.
Deletion Timing
In-app deletion is intended to remove organization data immediately from the active app database. Email deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days. Backup copies, if any, may remain for a limited period before automatic deletion according to infrastructure retention cycles.
