2. Account Registration

Some features may require an account or device-based authentication. You are responsible for keeping your device and login credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account or organization.

3. Service Features

Host Calendar helps you organize property calendars, reservations, imported iCalendar links, cleaning tasks, keys, checklists, finance notes, and organization sharing. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of imported calendar data and any operational decisions made from it.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service may offer paid subscription plans on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Their payment, refund, cancellation, and subscription management rules apply.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload in the Service, including property details, calendar links, reservation notes, checklist items, organization settings, and related operational data.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms, app store rules, or applicable law have been violated.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may depend on third-party services, including Apple App Store, Google Play, Firebase, iCalendar providers, and device notification services. We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, outages, decisions, payment processing, or imported data accuracy.

8. End User License Agreement

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Host Calendar app for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store rules.

You may not:

The app and all intellectual property rights in it remain owned by us or our licensors. Updates may be provided from time to time and may be required for continued use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost bookings, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made based on imported or displayed calendar information.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we may notify you in the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
