- Property information, such as property names, colors, imported calendar links, and property order.
- Reservation and calendar data imported from iCalendar links, including reservation dates, source names, and related operational status.

- Subscription status and product identifiers needed to unlock paid features.
- Device and technical information needed for authentication, synchronization, notifications, security, diagnostics, and app functionality.
2. How We Use Information

- provide calendar, reservation, property, checklist, cleaning, key, finance, and organization-sharing features;
- import and refresh iCalendar data from links you provide;
- sync your organization data across your devices and invited members;
- manage subscription access and property limits;
- send optional notifications and operational updates;
- maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
- respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Providers
We may use third-party providers to operate the Service, including:
- Google Firebase, including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, and Hosting.
- Apple App Store and StoreKit for iOS purchases and subscriptions.
- Google Play Billing for Android purchases and subscriptions.
- External calendar providers when you choose to import iCalendar links.
- Device platform services, such as Apple and Google notification services.
These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
4. Sharing Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or make information available:
- with organization members you invite, based on their role and access level;
- with service providers that help us operate, secure, host, and maintain the Service;
- with Apple App Store or Google Play for purchase and subscription processing;
- when required by law or needed to protect users, the Service, or our rights.
5. Data Storage and Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, backup, or legitimate operational reasons.
7. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
